I am providing my extra room as a service and all guests must follow house rules of my condominium ... Foster Tower.  I do have 2 cats on my side of the unit.  Be sure to read 'stuff you need to know' to be aware of all of the buildings amenities.

NO drinking, drugs or smoking in my unit ... ever.  There is also no smoking anywhere in the Foster Tower building, so you will need to take it to the street!

If you have stayed in AirBNB or VRBO you are probably used to no daily maid service .... so, cool!

There is no addition parking available at my building ...if you choose to rent a car, you might want to pick up and return on same day ... or park a few blocks away on the street.

Be reminded that the en suite is equipped with ROKU TV, internet, small fridge, microwave an Alexa that you can set up with your own account... and upon request,  a coffee maker.  NO cooking.

Don't forget your fob. If you do, call Mary 

Replacement fob is $100

Prior to arrival I will have you call me for entrance to the building and provide you with the code for the key pad on the entrance door to 904. 

Once inside 904, I will leave you a FOB for future use to enter various parts of the building, including the main entrance.

Please do not rely on security to give you access (take your fob!).  The building security and maintenance teams – do not work for you ... call Mary if any problem
